Encouraging words from a well-rested parent:
“I thought I knew the essentials of sleep principles after success with my twins. But I found my 18- month old singleton to be the greatest challenge. With a few ideas from Jen that included the practice of putting her down to sleep in her bedroom as opposed to letting her fall asleep in the family room and carrying her to her bed, made a world of difference!” Christine, Carlsbad
“Jen and I worked very slowly and my son is now waking 0-1 times at night. He has been sleeping in his crib for about 4-months. He will be 2-years old in September. She is absolutely more than I expected and I have told everyone who will listen about her and her kind heart.” Candace, San Diego
